Job summary

All Care Health is seeking a dementia caregiver to provide in-home support in Rockford, Illinois, for clients living with Alzheimer's disease and memory impairment. Shifts include part-time and full-time opportunities at varying client needs.

You will offer companionship, assist with daily routines, and help with meals, medications, mobility, and safety monitoring, while using calm communication and respectful care.
