Job summary

TheKey is seeking a Memory Care Professional in California to improve quality of life for clients living with dementia. The MCP provides non-medical companionship and activity-based, person-centered care focused on luxury-brand service, delivering meaningful moments for clients and their families.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year professional caregiving experience.
• Minimum of 1 year Dementia/Alzheimer care experience.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
• Valid Driver's License and vehicle with current registration and insurance.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Home Care Aide clearance with the State of CA

Responsibilities

• Facilitates activities that meet clients' fundamental needs and provide meaningful moments.
• Provide meaningful, individualized care focusing on six key areas: social, emotional, physical, nutritional, intellectual and spiritual.
• Deliver person-centered, activity-based care to bring joy, dignity and meaning to daily life.
• Must be able to drive own vehicle to outings and appointments.
