Your Role

We're seeking experienced Dementia Caregivers who understand the complexities of dementia care and are passionate about improving lives. If you have 5 or more years of hands-on experience, we invite you to join our team in helping patients and families navigate their journey with empathy and expertise.

Primary Responsibilities

1. Personal Care Assistance: Helping with bathing, dressing, grooming, and daily activities.
2. Medication Reminders: Ensuring medications are taken correctly and monitoring for side effects.
3. Meal Preparation: Creating nutritious meals tailored to dietary needs and assisting with feeding.
4. Transfer Support: Assisting with mobility, preventing falls, and ensuring safety.
5. Companionship: Engaging in meaningful conversations and social activities.
6. Behavior Management: Gently handling agitation, confusion, and wandering with expertise.
7. Memory Care Activities: Organizing stimulating activities like puzzles and reminiscing sessions.
8. Stress Reduction: Creating a peaceful and comforting atmosphere.
9. Housekeeping & Organization: Light cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a safe living space.
10. Transportation Support: Driving or accompanying patients to appointments, gatherings, and errands.
