Base pay in range will be determined by applicant’s skills and experience. Role is also eligible for team-based bonus opportunities. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company’s 401(k) program.

Assists Clare Bridge Program Manager or Coordinator in leading and implementing a calendar of person-centered dementia-friendly programs that meet the specific needs of each resident within the dementia care community. Supports Brookdale’s Resident and Family Engagement philosophy by providing meaningful, person-centered programs that enhance residents’ quality of life, recognizing individual abilities and needs, and encouraging independence.
Education and Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate Degree preferred. Minimum one year of experience with older adults and dementia preferred.
Certifications and Licenses: Valid driver’s license and a clean 3-year driving record required.
Makes routine decisions based on detailed guidelines with little independent judgment; escalates problems as needed.
Basic skills in following instructions, technical duties, organizational knowledge, PC skills, and effective communication.
