Qualifications

• Must be able to read and write in English.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written/verbal instructions in English.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Demask operations using fixtures, blocks, or hand tools to remove masking.
• Internal cleaning by flushing and water washing to remove debris and residue.
• Use brushes and other tools to clean surfaces and crevices.
• Operate grit blasting equipment to clean parts and ensure uniform finishes.
• Adjust blasting machines and grit flow to meet specifications.
• Inspect parts before and after processing to ensure cleaning results.
• Document routers, logs, and records accurately and timely.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area in safety compliance.
