Lgelectronics in Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey, is seeking a Demand Planning Manager responsible for driving demand planning and forecasting activities. This role manages sales forecasts and analyzes demand trends while collaborating with the Sales and Product Management teams to ensure optimal inventory levels.

This position is responsible for driving end-to-end demand planning and forecasting activities to support effective supply chain operations and business growth. The role manages sales forecasts, analyzes demand trends, and collaborates closely with Sales, Product Management, SCM, and external customers to ensure optimal inventory levels, forecast accuracy, and service performance. The Demand Planning Manager leads CPFR (Collaborative Planning, Forecasting, and Replenishment) processes for key accounts, provides regular analysis of forecast versus actual performance, and proactively identifies risks and improvement opportunities related to inventory, fulfillment, and order management. This role plays a critical coordination function across internal teams and US counterparts to align demand signals, purchasing plans, and supply availability, while driving continuous improvement in planning processes, KPIs, and data integrity.
