Job summary

HARIBO of America, Inc. in Rosemont, IL is seeking a Demand Planning Manager to lead forecasting for US retail and distributor partners.

You will develop forecasts by analyzing trends, SKU demand, and historical data to support the sales plan. This role is an individual contributor at management level, not supply or inventory planning, and requires collaboration with Sales and Brand teams to drive accurate demand.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of demand planning and forecasting experience in the CPG industry.
• 5+ years total work experience in demand planning or related roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, Economics, or related field.
• Experience with an ERP system such as SAP, Oracle, Blue Yonder, or other ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the demand planning process for US retail and distributor partners.
• Provide accurate demand forecasts and monthly reviews.
• Analyze SKU/product demands and industry trends.
• Collaborate with Sales and Brand teams to assess trends and promotions.
• Create and manage data sets into reporting structures for performance insights.
• Identify gaps and opportunities to improve forecast accuracy.
