Job summary

GMI Cloud in the United States is seeking a Demand Planning Manager to lead our supply chain architecture. You will bridge commercial demand signals with technical supply constraints to keep pace with rapid growth in AI infrastructure.

You will oversee S&OP processes, inventory optimization, and global logistics, coordinating with Engineering, Finance and Procurement to drive cost-efficiency and resilience across data center deployments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Demand Planning or S&OP for high-growth tech environments.
• Proficiency in forecasting models, inventory management, and ERP (NetSuite preferred).
• Strong understanding of logistics interdependencies and data-driven decision making.
• Cross-functional leadership across Engineering, Finance, and Procurement.

The Role

As our Demand Planning Manager, you will be the architectural lead for our supply chain ecosystem. You will bridge the gap between commercial demand signals and technical supply constraints, ensuring GMI Cloud's infrastructure keeps pace with the rapid demands of AI. This role is critical to maintaining operational agility, cost-efficiency, and supply resilience in a high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Demand Planning: Synchronize demand signals with supply capacity through rigorous S&OP processes to minimize stock-outs
• Inventory Optimization: Manage inventory health by balancing buffer stock requirements against capital efficiency targets
• Logistics Coordination: Direct global logistics operations, ensuring efficient customs clearance and timely last-mile delivery to data centers
• Supply Risk Management: Identify and mitigate end-to-end supply chain disruptions, including geopolitical risks and multi-tier supplier dependencies

Qualifications

• Experience: 7+ years in Demand Planning, Supply Chain Operations, or S&OP management, ideally within hyperscale data center or high-tech manufacturing environments
• Analytical Depth: Proficiency in forecasting models, inventory management software, and ERP systems (NetSuite preferred), with a strong preference for candidates who have led full-cycle system deployments
• Technical Literacy: Strong understanding of supply chain interdependencies, logistics, and data-driven decision-making
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Proven ability to influence across departments, including Engineering, Finance, and Procurement
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Operations Research, or Business; MBA is a plus
