Job summary

Nature’s Bakery, a fast-growing snack brand within the Mars family of companies, seeks a Manager of Demand Planning to lead and optimize the demand planning function. You will drive forecast accuracy, collaborate cross-functionally, and align with S&OP processes to enable efficient supply chain execution.

The role emphasizes data-driven forecasting, risk/opportunity identification, and strong leadership across sales, marketing, finance, and operations. Travel up to 20% may be required.

Qualifications

• B.S. or BA in supply chain management, science and/or engineering; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of global consumer packaged goods supply chain experience.
• Proven demand planning experience including forecasting and inventory management.
• Experience with ERP and APS systems (Blue Yonder, Kinaxis).
• Up to 20% travel required.

Responsibilities

• Lead ownership of the demand planning process with forecast accuracy targets.
• Drive disciplined demand consensus reviews and handoffs to supply planning.
• Provide S&OP inputs and data integrity at account/channel and SKU levels.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customers on forecasting processes.
• Deliver account-level insights, risks, gaps to plan, and opportunities.
• Support VIP account planning and drive CI initiatives in demand planning.
