TRG Manufacturing is seeking a Demand Planning Manager to own the forecast and lead the planning process across four sites, delivering a rolling 18‑month plan for 700–800 SKUs.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in demand planning for manufacturing, strong Excel and ERP experience (Infor M3), and a proven ability to influence cross‑functional teams to improve forecast accuracy and on‑time delivery.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of demand planning experience.
• Experience owning demand planning for a manufacturer with $100M+ revenue.
• Experience supporting multiple manufacturing sites and a varied product portfolio.
• Strong Excel skills with modeling and data analysis; familiarity with forecasting tools.
• Experience with Infor M3 or a similar ERP system.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own the forecast and lead the 18‑month demand planning process.
