Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Rising junior or senior with interest in demand planning, forecasting, analytics, data visualization, and business process improvement.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel required; exposure to Power BI, data visualization, SQL, Python, or similar analytics tools preferred.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to work with large data sets, identify patterns, and translate findings into actionable insights.
• Effective communication, curiosity, attention to detail, and willingness to learn new digital tools, including AI-enabled solutions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze demand planning data to identify trends, forecast gaps, and opportunities to improve planning accuracy.
• Develop and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports to improve visibility to demand trends and key metrics.
• Clean, organize, and validate data from multiple sources to support accurate reporting and analysis.
• Identify opportunities to automate recurring reports, forecast reviews, or exception tracking using Power BI, Excel, or AI tools.
• Apply AI concepts to explore demand signal analysis, forecast summarization, and planning insight generation.
• Prepare clear summaries and visualizations for demand planning, supply chain, and commercial stakeholders.
