The Local Demand Planner creates the demand plan in frames of IBP process, controls products’ coverage on distributor warehouse and improves Forecast accuracy & Forecast bias for the country/MSU.
The Operations function ensures the integration of all key business processes from supplier to customers, providing products, services and information that add value for customers and stakeholders. The function manages sourcing, procurement, manufacturing, supply chain (warehousing, logistics and distribution) and planning processes and ensures optimal alignment between demand and supply at a global scale, taking into account efficiency, required flexibility, security of supply and considering costs, working capital, quality levels, service levels, company and society values.
Prepare and maintain demand forecasts for EE region (Georgia, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Moldova) to ensure accuracy and alignment with business targets.
Lead cross‑functional alignment with Sales, Marketing, FP&A, and Supply Planning to secure forecast consensus and service level achievement. Lean S&OP meetings and discussions about Promo Planning & Baseline Sales.
Manage Supply Planning from European Sources: manage orders, track inventories, oversee truck scheduling, and ensure timely replenishment during peak periods and absences.
Monitor CSL, OTIF, FCA and inventory levels, taking corrective actions to minimize OOS and optimize stock.
Support new product launches and regional initiatives by providing demand plans and coordinating supply chain readiness.
Develop automation tools, dashboards, and reporting to simplify workflows, reduce manual effort, and improve decision‑making.
Contribute to team engagement by supporting events, onboarding, and participation in functional meetings.
