Marathon Petroleum Company LP is looking for a full‑time Senior Demand Planning Analyst. This position will report to the Supply Chain Enterprise Planning Manager.
The Demand Planning Analyst plays a key role in advancing enterprise planning by integrating demand, supply, and inventory planning processes to ensure material availability, optimize network performance, and support business objectives.
This role partners across Supply Chain, business operations, and corporate functions to align planning decisions, identify risks and opportunities, and convert strategic priorities into executable supply plans.
The successful candidate will combine analytical thinking, cross‑functional collaboration, and effective communication to drive data‑informed decisions, support planning governance, and improve end‑to‑end supply chain performance.
