Job summary

Fagron US is seeking a Demand Planner to proactively manage demand, optimize vendor replenishment, and work with sales to validate forecast accuracy for minimal costs and optimal stock levels.

You will update forecast tools, maintain ERP alignment, and provide data to internal teams while collaborating with senior planners to grow department knowledge. Stay current with Demand Planning trends.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of related experience.
• User-level knowledge of ERP/MRP systems (Navision, SAP, Oracle).
• Experience in Pharmaceutical or Medical Device industry preferred.
• Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Innovative responses to complex challenges in business and technology.
• Flexibility to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Update forecast and planning tools to keep data current.
• Update ERP data to align planning tools with ERP.
• Provide data to internal parties upon request.
• Collaborate with senior demand planning team to expand knowledge.
• Stay up to date with trends in Demand Planning.
