Position Overview

We are looking for an organized, highly motivated, and driven individual with 2-3 years of supply chain experience and a passion for success to fill our Demand Planner role.

Basic knowledge of construction products and power tools is not required. We provide comprehensive, hands-on training for all candidates. We offer a promising career path in supply chain management focused on growth.

Job Responsibilities

1. Organize supply and demand across the extended supply chain to achieve service level targets efficiently.
2. Manage sales forecasts, promotional planning, and new product launches to update demand patterns regularly.
3. Manage inventory parameters to optimize inventory levels, fill rates, and service levels, collaborating with Sales and Controlling on phase-outs and obsolete stock.
4. Maintain constant communication with all relevant supply chain stakeholders to balance demand and supply globally.
5. Prepare and lead daily, weekly, and monthly reports and participate in S&OP meetings to ensure effective decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or related field, or 8 years of equivalent experience.
• 2-3 years of supply chain experience.
• Strong warehouse planning and movement skills.
• Basic understanding of supply chain concepts and practices.
• Ability to apply theories and techniques to complex situations, exercising judgment within defined parameters.
• Broad knowledge of principles and procedures in the field, capable of leading or directing others.
• In-depth knowledge of complex issues, with extensive experience and judgment to plan and achieve goals.
• Strong experience with SAP and intermediate proficiency in MS Office applications.
