Job summary

Tillamook County Creamery Association seeks a Demand Planner to support finished-goods forecasts by building models and refining assumptions with Sales, Marketing and Category Management. You will manage statistical forecasts and help ensure alignment with supply plans in a fast-paced consumer dairy environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Two (2) or more years related Supply Chain experience.
• Understanding of manufactured planning cycle, inventory control, and S&OP process.
• Excellent communication, verbal and written.
• Great attention to detail.
• Proven analytical skillset.
• Strong Excel, demand planning tools, and ERP experience.
• Logility experience is a plus; APICS/CPF certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create statistical forecasts using forecasting tools and update with business changes.
• Gather, analyze, and validate data for forecasts.
• Apply error analysis techniques to improve forecasting accuracy.
• Perform root cause analysis on forecast bias and communicate findings.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to align demand plans with sales and promotions.
• Summarize and present forecasts to stakeholders and leadership.
• Lead or participate in monthly S&OP meetings and drive consensus.
• Communicate demand changes to supply teams for short lead times and variances.
• Maintain forecasts in the demand planning system and improve processes.
