Qualifications

• 2–3 years replenishment buying or store operations experience.
• Strong data extraction and analysis from databases; proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent analytical, mathematical and problem-solving skills; strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to influence without authority.

Responsibilities

• Maintain in-stock levels and drive replenishment/allocation to goals.
• Collaborate on promotional planning and inventory support.
• Identify inventory opportunities to improve profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Partner with Merchandising and Planning to define ski entrance/exit strategies and execute them.
• Communicate effectively with store partners and cross-functional teams.
• Participate in vendor management meetings and forecasting.
