Caterpillar Remanufacturing Division in Corinth, MS seeks a Demand & Order Analyst to manage new orders, changes, and inquiries, ensuring accurate lead times and smooth configuration changes.

The role supports demand planning, production scheduling, and cross-functional collaboration with sales, materials, and logistics teams. The ideal candidate will have strong data analysis and ERP/Excel skills and be able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and ERP or order management systems.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and communicate recommendations to cross-functional partners.

Caterpillar Remanufacturing Division (Reman) has an exciting opportunity for a Demand & Order Analyst located in our Corinth, MS facility.

This position supports customer inquiries for order lead time and order configuration change. Responsible for new orders and order change, make sure requests can be successfully received by order system.


What You Will Do:

Primary Responsibilities:


  • Supervising and controlling new sales orders, identifying the key elements and communicate downstream for required actions.

  • Auditing order change requests from customers, evaluate acceptance of the order change request from a material, production plan, technical and logistics perspective.

  • Serving as primary contact for customer inquiries; providing feedback about lead time, planned timeline, order change, order reschedules, etc.

  • Aligned customers order with Sales production plan to achieve the monthly goal.

  • Primary contact with other departments department to manage sales and customer priorities.

Degree Requirement:


  • Degree or equivalent experience desired


Preferred Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, operations, logistics, or a related field.

  • Experience in demand planning, order management, production planning, supply chain, or customer service.

  • Experience reviewing customer orders, lead times, order changes, and delivery priorities.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and experience using ERP or order management systems.

  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and communicate recommendations to cross-functional partners.

  • Experience working in a manufacturing or fast-paced operations environment.

Summary Pay Range:

$81,370.00 - $122,060.00


Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
