Job summary

Panasonic Corporation of North America in Texas is seeking a Demand Inventory Planner to manage order fulfillment, processing, and billing for assigned accounts. You will coordinate with Logistics, Accounting, Engineering and factory personnel to ensure timely delivery and accurate invoicing.

The role requires a college degree in supply chain or related field, with 3–5 years of experience. SAP experience and a proactive approach to schedule planning are essential.

Qualifications

• College degree, Supply Chain Major preferred.
• 3-5 years preferred.
• Experience with SAP for order processing and billing.

Responsibilities

• Order fulfillment and processing assigned accounts.
• Manage all activities to accept, process, deliver and bill customer orders including communication with other departments, Logistics, Accounting, Engineering, factory personnel, etc.
• Plan shipping schedule with vendors based on customer requests and reschedule if demand changes.
• Turn in BME data at month start and monitor weekly sales for accuracy; report risks and upside.
• Communicate with related departments to handle issues and support customer requests.

What You'll Get To Do:

Order fulfillment and processing assigned accounts.

Manage all activities to accept, process, deliver and bill customer orders including communication with other departments, Logistics, Accounting, Engineering, factory personnel, etc.

Key Accountabilities:

• Check customer demand data weekly and process orders based on customer’s POs within 24-48 hours, process credit/debit, tooling orders/RMA/FOC in SAP timely when needed
• Plan shipping schedule with vendors ( MTY and JP ) based on customer’s requests. Reschedule if customer demand has changes. Watch shipping as scheduled, and bill customer timely based on incoterms.
• Turn in BME data beginning of the month and watch actual sales weekly for BME accuracy. Report risk and upside timely
• Communicate with related departments to handle issues and support customer’s requests

The wage range of$68,000 - $78,000 is just one component of Panasonic’s total package. Actual compensation varies depending on the individual’s knowledge, skills, experience, and location. This role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses and incentives.
