Job description

We’re looking for a Demand Generation Manager to own demand generation end-to-end and build a predictable, scalable pipeline for Lace.

This is not a “manage campaigns” role. This is a build, test, optimize, and drive revenue role.

You’ll be the first demand generation hire, responsible for turning early traction into a consistent pipeline. You will own momentum across the entire funnel, from awareness to booked meetings to pipeline and revenue.

What You’ll Do

• Own Lace’s demand generation engine end-to-end, from first touch through qualified pipeline and revenue impact
• Drive consistent, predictable pipeline growth aligned to revenue targets
• Own and operate paid, email, and social channels, planning, launching, and optimizing campaigns across search, social, email, and retargeting
• Partner on events, partnerships, and outbound motions to amplify pipeline
• Run rapid experiments across channels, messaging, and audiences, moving quickly from idea to execution to iteration
• Bring creative, non-obvious approaches to demand generation and double down on what drives pipeline
• Optimize website conversion to increase demo requests and inbound pipeline

What You Bring

• 6 - 8 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, primarily on demand generation
• Experience at an early-stage startup where you helped build pipeline from scratch
• Proven ability to turn early traction into predictable pipeline growth
• Hands‑on experience owning paid, email, and social channels end-to-end
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in attribution, funnel metrics, and optimization
• Comfortable owning outcomes and revenue impact, not just execution
