The Demand Generation Growth Content Manager drives the company's demand generation strategy through high-quality content. Responsibilities include developing and executing content strategies, optimizing for SEO and lead generation, and managing distribution channels. Reporting to the Director of Growth Marketing, the manager collaborates with cross-functional teams to align content with business goals and analyzes performance metrics. Additionally, the manager nurtures current client relationships to expand sales, supporting client retention and upsell opportunities. Success is measured by content engagement, lead generation, SEO performance, and ROI.
This role requires a strategic thinker with expertise in Employee Benefits and HR Consulting, including alternative funding, self-funding, benefits technology, compliance, and cost containment. The ideal candidate crafts high-value content for HR leaders, CFOs, and executives, positioning OneDigital as the go-to partner for modern workforce solutions.

The base pay range for this role nationwide is $75,000 to $85,000 per year based on experience and qualifications. Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance. We also offer eligible employees health, wellbeing, retirement, and other financial benefits, paid time off, overtime pay for non-exempt employees, and robust learning and development programs. You will receive reimbursement of job-related expenses per the company policy and may receive employee perks and discounts.
