Job summary

CFS is seeking a Deltek Transformation Specialist to lead a company-wide migration from Deltek Vision to Deltek Vantagepoint. You will become the long-term system leader driving reporting, process improvement, and governance across Finance, Accounting, and Operations.

You will design and deliver dashboards, KPIs, and financial reporting while coordinating with IT, external consultants, and leadership teams to ensure a successful implementation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, IS, or related field.
• 8+ years of Deltek Vision and/or Deltek Vantagepoint experience, incl. at least one full migration/upgrade.
• Strong knowledge of project-based ERP, project accounting, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end migration from Deltek Vision to Vantagepoint, incl. planning, configuration, testing, cutover, post-go-live support.
• Manage data migration, validation, reconciliation, and issue resolution for data accuracy and system integrity.
• Serve as primary owner and administrator of Deltek Vantagepoint across Finance, Accounting, PM, CRM, and Resource Planning.

Key Responsibilities For The Deltek Transformation Specialist

• Lead the end‑to‑end migration from Deltek Vision to Deltek Vantagepoint, including planning, configuration, testing, cutover, and post‑go‑live support
• Manage data migration, validation, reconciliation, and issue resolution to ensure data accuracy and system integrity
• Serve as the primary owner and administrator of Deltek Vantagepoint across Finance, Accounting, Project Management, CRM, and Resource Planning functions
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, financial reports, and operational reporting solutions for leadership and key stakeholders
• Oversee user acceptance testing, issue tracking, remediation efforts, and successful system adoption
• Partner with Accounting, Finance, Operations, IT, and external consultants to optimize workflows and align system functionality with business objectives
• Lead future system enhancements, integrations, process improvements, and automation initiatives following implementation
• Establish governance standards, security permissions, internal controls, and best practices to support long‑term system stability and compliance
• Create and deliver training programs, user documentation, and change management communications to increase adoption and effectiveness
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and act as the primary liaison with Deltek support

Qualifications For The Deltek Transformation Specialist

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
• 8+ years of Deltek Vision and/or Deltek Vantagepoint experience, including at least one full‑cycle migration, implementation, or major system upgrade
• Strong knowledge of project‑based ERP systems, project accounting, financial reporting, and professional services environments
• Experience with data migration, system configuration, testing, stakeholder management, SQL, Excel, and reporting tools
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions, workflows, and reporting capabilities
