Job summary

A global leader in digital services is seeking a qualified professional to maintain and enhance Deltek Cobra configurations while ensuring compliance with government standards. This role requires at least 7 years of experience in Information Technology and a bachelor's degree or equivalent. The candidate will support project teams and engage in strategic projects within the aerospace and defense sectors, working remotely from anywhere in the U.S.

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Maintain and enhance Deltek Cobra configurations and support project controls
• Ensure compliance with government contracting standards and EVMS guidelines
• Collaborate with finance, program controls, and PMO teams for accurate EVM reporting
• Provide day-to-day support and maintenance of the Deltek Cobra application
• Assist project teams with cost and schedule integration, baseline management, and performance reporting

What is Required (Qualifications):

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive experience in lieu of each year of education
• At least 7 years of Information Technology experience
• Experience with Deltek Cobra in a government contracting or aerospace environment
• Strong understanding of earned value management principles and data analysis
• Must be a “U.S. person” as defined by legal requirements

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

• Experience integrating Cobra with scheduling and ERP systems
• Familiarity with ANSI/EIA-748 EVMS guidelines and ServiceNow or other ITSM platforms
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Experience maintaining documentation for system configurations and reporting templates
• Previous experience in the aerospace or defense industry
