- Life sciences/pharma or regulated manufacturing background.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience supporting manufacturing operations and production systems.
- Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
Responsibilities
- Support Emerson DeltaV systems in a regulated manufacturing environment.
- Troubleshoot automation and controls issues impacting production.
- Configure and modify DeltaV control modules, graphics, equipment modules, and batch systems.
- Support change controls, upgrades, testing, and implementation activities.
- Partner with site personnel to maintain system performance and reliability.
- Represent Proconex as a trusted onsite technical resource.
