Job summary

A leading engineering firm in Kalamazoo, MI is seeking a mid-senior level DeltaV Engineer. This role involves designing and implementing advanced automation solutions for the Life Sciences industry, ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Qualifications

• 3 to 7 years of experience in automation and control system engineering.
• Familiar with GAMP5 and 21 CFR Part 11 regulations.
• Knowledge of electrical design principles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and implement Emerson DeltaV control systems.
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements for custom automation solutions.
• Perform Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT).

Skills

Proficiency in ISA-88 Batch Processing

Strong troubleshooting skills

Experience with automation protocols (HART, Foundation Fieldbus, etc.)

Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Education

Professional degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
