Delta Sonic Car Wash Systems, Inc. is seeking Delta Technicians to join our award-winning team in the Cheektowaga area. You’ll power-wash vehicles, vacuum interiors, and help maintain high car-cleanliness standards, with an emphasis on customer satisfaction and efficient operations.

This hands-on role requires a friendly, detail-oriented approach, the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and willingness to work year-round on a flexible schedule. E-Verify participation indicated.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer-facing skills and enjoy working with people.
• Excellent communication, both verbal and written.
• Attention to detail in cleaning and vehicle prep.
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and follow safety rules.
• Willingness to work in varying weather conditions and schedule.
• Valid driver’s license preferred, schedule flexibility required.

Responsibilities

• Power-wash vehicles before entering the car wash and vacuum interiors.
• Clean interior components, wipe surfaces, sweep and mop as needed.
• Maintain restrooms and common areas; handle light maintenance tasks.
• Support a high standard of car quality to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
• Work in carwash and/or detail shop depending on location needs.

Responsibilities:

As a front-line representative of the Delta Sonic Team, Delta Technicians are responsible for power-washing vehicles prior to entering the car wash and thoroughly cleaning the interior of vehicles by vacuuming and wiping down all interior components. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to: sweeping, mopping, picking up trash, cleaning restrooms, removing snow, and performing light maintenance. Delta Technicians will also have the ability to earn performance-based incentives and tips upon certification. One of the most important responsibilities for this position is to achieve 100% customer satisfaction by ensuring Delta Sonic's standards for car quality. Delta Technicians can enjoy working in the carwash and/or detail shop, depending on the location's staffing needs. The pay rate for this position is $16.50 per hour.

Requirements:

• Eagerness to work in a fast-paced, hands-on, and customer-focused position that requires individuals to multi-task
• Excellent communication skills and a love of working with customers
• A detail-oriented mindset
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions, both indoor and outdoor environments, and extreme temperature conditions
• Ability to work with a sense of urgency
• Willingness to adhere to all safety regulations
• Ability to stand, walk, and bend for long periods of time, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Ability to lift moderate amounts of weight, with or without reasonable accommodation
• A valid driver's license is preferred
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule
