Job summary

Delaware North Sportservice at Truist Park in Atlanta, Georgia is seeking seasonal Delta Sky360° Club Inside Servers to join our team. You will provide attentive service in a premium indoor club, handling guest requests and maintaining a clean dining environment.

This role runs during the baseball season (March through October, with playoffs possible) and offers weekly pay, training, and growth opportunities. Full benefits may be available for eligible team members.

Qualifications

• Experience or training as a runner or busser in similar dining.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to create memorable experiences.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Check in with management upon arrival for daily duties and station assignments
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining room, including all tables, chairs, service stations, floors, walls
• Reset tables once guests leave according to floor plan or instructions from management
• Assist with guest requests and questions

This all-inclusive venue radiates high energy, expert mixologists, and an ever-changing menu. As an inside club server you will demonstrate excellent time management skills as well as the ability to set priorities and quickly respond to changing needs within the dining room.

This is a seasonal position that works during the baseball season. The season starts in March and goes until October, pending possible playoff schedule.

Pay

$19.15 - $19.15 / hour

More About You

• Experience or training as a runner or busser with a similar style of dining, capacity, and volume is preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays in addition to normal business hours, as needed
• Excellent communication skills, desire to network and create memorable experiences

Physical Requirements

• Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions
• Ability to maneuver between tables and around corners
• Ability to lift, balance and move food trays, weighing up to 10 pounds, for set-up, service, and clean-up
• Visual acuity and hearing to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand or walk for the entire length of shift; may include walking up and down stairs
