WisDOT is seeking a Systems Architect III – Delphi to support design, development, and maintenance of internal business systems, focusing heavily on the CHEMS and CHEMSPRO applications. This includes transitioning county agencies to the CHEMS system, working with enterprise architecture, and integrating packaged and custom software solutions.
The candidate will report to and collaborate with the CHEMS Lead and will be responsible for both high-level architectural decisions and hands-on development work.
