Senior Principal Software Engineer – IT

As a Senior Principal Software Engineer, you will deliver products and improvements for a changing world. Working at the cutting edge, you will craft and develop software for platforms, peripherals, applications and diagnostics — all with the most sophisticated technologies, tools, software engineering methodologies and partnerships.

You will:

• Lead design and development of modern applications and ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications using cloud technologies.
• Lead changes in architecture, methodology or programming procedures.
• Assist in crafting the strategic technical and architectural direction to the programming function.
• Act as prime consultant on large projects that affect the organization's long-term goals and objectives.

Here’s what we are looking for with this role:

Essential Requirements:

• Relevant experience with Salesforce Architecture principles, design patterns and Enterprise Architecture Patterns.
• Relevant Salesforce Development experience with SOQL, APEX and Visualforce Pages, Lightning UI and Lightning Components.
• Experience delivering Salesforce enabled business solutions advanced administration, configuration and customization including workflows, approval processes, formulas, custom reports, field & record security.
• Experience automating complex business processes using advanced Salesforce configuration and Apex/ Visual Force/Lightning Components coding (batches, triggers, controllers, code test coverage, custom presentation), click-to-code solutions with Visual Flows.

Desirable Requirements:

• Solid Salesforce Experience with Certifications at Technology Architect level.
• 11 to 14 years of experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or Masters in Computer Engineering or Computer Science.
