IT Product Management Senior Advisor

What you’ll achieve

As an IT Product Management Senior Advisor, you will be driving all aspects of IT Project, Program and Portfolio activity, including collaborating and coordinating across all IT and business segments. You will work with internal customers (i.e., Product Managers, Project Managers, Engineering/Developers and Business Advisors, etc.) to complete project/program on time and within budget.

You will:

1. Coordinate the development and execution of project plan by working with project team to define, sequence, and estimate duration of activities and prepare schedules to meet project objectives.
2. Work with cross-functional teams to deliver the committed objectives, key results, KPIs and other measurable success criteria.
3. Use data and customer insights to find opportunities, track results and drive decision making around product and experience.
4. Focus on data-driven approaches to solving problems, and accelerate the learning process to validate solutions.

Essential Requirements

1. 8 to 12 years of experience in a professional role.
2. Prior experience in New Product Strategy. Worked on products right from Concept stage.
3. Relevant Product Management experience with at least 3-5 years’ experience in building products for experiences.
4. Experience with lean startup, agile development and user-centric design methodologies.
5. Experience articulating and testing product hypotheses.

Desirable Requirements

1. Relevant Product Management experience in building products for Licensing with an understanding of Entitlement Management and Provisioning will be an added advantage but not necessary.
2. Experience in cloud solutions and offerings around licensing, consumption, subscription models.
3. Bachelor’s degree.
