We’re a team of experts optimizing the performance and integrity of IT infrastructure and ensuring consistency and synchronization across all infrastructure components. Alongside supporting new and existing applications, we work with other IT groups and business units to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems.

What you’ll achieve

As a Senior Advisor, IT Infrastructure (Processes & Tools), you will lead engagement and facilitate discussion with IPE Product Teams/ Customers/ Vendors to assess and document the current-state Dell Digital Infrastructure processes with a focus on designing consistent and standardized processes and tools across all Dell Digital IPE Product Teams. This position requires demonstrated leadership and creativity as the work entails navigating new charters and strong accountability and ownership.

You will:

1. Drive strategy planning, process design and business process improvement.
2. Investigate, evaluate, and document processes and workflow across multiple IPE Product Teams.
3. Identify gaps and establish optimized processes and improvements to help us be more efficient.
4. Design and Develop process mapping to optimize processes for automation.
5. Hold periodic reviews for status updates, progress, and areas of improvement with Product Teams.

Essential Requirements

• Professional presence with the ability to engage with technical teams and leadership level stakeholders.
• Good understanding of infrastructure and technology (Compute, Storage, Networking).
• Dedicated, innovative, resourceful, analytical, and able to work under pressure.
• Analytics problem-solving and critical thinking.
• Teamwork and interpersonal communication skills and fluent English in written and verbal form.

Desirable Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Software Engineering or equivalent with minimum 8-10 years working experience, preferably with experience in evaluating current business processes, process mapping, designing, and executing initiatives to streamline organizational processes and tools.
• Knowledge of industry standards: Product Model, AGILE, SCRUM and process standards/tools.
