IT Program Management Senior Advisor

At Dell Technologies, we need strong leaders on our IT Program Management team to drive IT project, program, and portfolio activity across all IT and business segments. As part of this team, you will manage resources to make sure projects are completed on time, on budget and up to our high-quality standards.

Join us as a Senior Advisor on our Information Technology team in India to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact.

What you’ll achieve:

As an IT Program Management Senior Advisor, you will drive the development and implementation of new and exciting products and services, working closely with cross-functional teams to manage the lifecycle of highly complex, high risk projects, from design to delivery.

You will:

  1. Manage multiple projects, typically in a single functional area, or one moderately complex project
  2. Identify opportunities for process improvements and application reliability management
  3. Provide performance feedback to key project team members
  4. Work under the guidance of IT senior managers and senior project managers and partner extensively with internal customers (i.e. product managers, project managers, business analysts, etc.)

Essential Requirements:

  1. 8 to 12 years of related experience
  2. Solid grasp of IT project management principles and techniques
  3. Demonstrable ability to lead the change in project/program/scope and engage with team members
  4. Outstanding communication and influencing skills
  5. Exceptional time management, facilitation, and organizational skills

Desirable Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree and proven working experience in project management
  2. Formal program management qualification (e.g. PMI)
  3. Ability to collaborate with diverse project teams across the globe
  4. Experience in working in Agile (SCRUM) Methodology
  5. Familiarity with compliance/privacy regulations (e.g. GDPR, CCPA) and programs that curate customer data
  6. Experience with industry standard tools and processes in and around Privacy, such as Archer
