Information Management Group (IMG) is seeking a Dell/Cisco Administrator to join our on-site team in West Mifflin, PA. This role requires deep Dell server/hardware experience and Cisco networking know-how to install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise IT infrastructure.

The successful candidate will support VLANs, IP addressing, DHCP/DNS, routing, and security updates while keeping accurate diagrams and documentation.

Qualifications

  • Clearance: DOD Top Secret or DOE Q.
  • 1-2 years of experience in IT, network administration, or related field.
  • Basic knowledge of Cisco networking technologies and IOS.
  • Familiarity with Dell PowerEdge servers, Dell networking equipment, and enterprise hardware.
  • Understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, subnetting, DHCP, DNS, and basic routing/switching.
  • Experience troubleshooting Windows operating systems and common hardware issues.
  • Ability to use ping, tracert, nslookup, and Wireshark.

Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot Dell servers, switches, and related hardware.
  • Assist with Cisco switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless infrastructure.
  • Configure VLANs, trunking, IP addressing, DHCP, DNS, and routing.
  • Monitor network and server performance and investigate issues.
