Job description

We are seeking an experienced Technology Lead – Enterprise Integration with 10+ years of relevant experience and strong expertise in Boomi, IBM ETI, and iPaaS technologies. The Tech Lead will be responsible for architecting, designing, developing, and delivering enterprise-scale integration solutions across cloud, on-premises, SaaS, and enterprise applications.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands‑on experience with Boomi AtomSphere, IBM ETI, API‑led integration, cloud platforms, AWS/Azure, Snowflake, IAM/Cognito, databases, and microservices, along with proven technical leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise-scale integration solutions using Boomi AtomSphere.
• Design and implement scalable integration solutions connecting cloud, on-premises, SaaS, and enterprise applications.
• Define and implement API‑led, cloud‑native integration architectures, integration patterns, security frameworks, and governance standards.
• Architect and deliver complex integrations involving Boomi, IBM ETI, AWS, Azure, Snowflake, IAM/Cognito, databases, microservices, and enterprise platforms.
• Develop and maintain integration processes, APIs, mappings, transformations, workflows, and reusable integration components.
• Design integrations using REST, SOAP, SFTP, JDBC, HTTP/HTTPS, XML, JSON, CSV, EDI, and flat‑file formats.
• Implement secure data exchange using OAuth 2.0, IAM, Cognito, SSL/TLS, certificates, API security, and authentication mechanisms.
• Establish integration standards for error handling, logging, monitoring, retry mechanisms, exception management, and disaster recovery.
• Provide technical leadership, conduct design/code reviews, and mentor integration development teams.
• Collaborate with architects, business stakeholders, product teams, developers, infrastructure teams, and external vendors.
• Support RFPs, technical proposals, effort estimations, PoCs, solution evaluations, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Lead integration testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and production support activities.
• Work with DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines and automated integration deployments across environments.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, interface specifications, mapping documents, and deployment procedures.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of relevant enterprise integration / IT experience.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Boomi AtomSphere / Boomi.
• Strong experience with IBM ETI.
• Strong understanding of iPaaS and Enterprise Application Integration (EAI).
• Experience designing enterprise integration architectures and API‑led architectures.
• Strong experience with REST and SOAP APIs.
• Experience with AWS and/or Azure cloud integration.
• Experience integrating Snowflake, databases, SaaS applications, and enterprise platforms.
• Strong knowledge of XML, JSON, CSV, EDI, and data transformation/mapping.
• Experience with IAM, AWS Cognito, OAuth 2.0, SSL/TLS, certificates, and API security.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and database integration.
• Experience with microservices and cloud‑native architectures.
• Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, deployment automation, and integration lifecycle management.
• Strong troubleshooting and production‑support experience.

Technical Leadership

• Proven experience leading enterprise integration projects and development teams.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Experience with architecture/design reviews and technical decision‑making.
• Ability to support RFPs, estimates, PoCs, and technical presentations.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Education
