Job summary

Transcend Softech LLC is seeking a Senior Boomi Lead to steer enterprise integration on the Boomi AtomSphere platform. You will design, govern, and modernize integration landscapes, acting as the technical authority and mentor for Boomi developers across ERP, CRM, HRIS, and e-commerce systems.

About the Role

Looking for a Senior Boomi Lead with 10+ years of enterprise integration experience to lead the design, governance, and modernization of our integration landscape on the Boomi AtomSphere platform. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in Application Integration (A2A) architecture, strong hands‑on knowledge of B2B/EDI, and the seniority to act as the technical authority and mentor across integration teams. Experience with MuleSoft-to-Boomi migration is a strong advantage as we consolidate our iPaaS strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise integration architecture strategy and roadmap on Boomi, driving standards, governance, and reusable frameworks across all integration teams.
• Architect complex, large-scale Application-to-Application (A2A) integrations across ERP, CRM, HRIS, e‑commerce, and other enterprise systems, using Boomi Process, Connectors, Maps, and API Management.
• Design B2B/EDI trading partner integrations (X12, EDIFACT, AS2, SFTP, VAN), including partner onboarding, document mapping (850, 855, 810, 856, 997, etc.), and B2B compliance.
• Lead and execute migration of existing integrations from MuleSoft to Boomi — including assessment of MuleSoft flows/APIs, migration strategy, re‑architecture of integration logic, risk mitigation, and cutover planning.
• Provide architectural leadership, design reviews, and hands‑on mentorship to a team of Boomi developers and integration engineers.
• Define and enforce best practices for performance tuning, error handling, monitoring/alerting, and environment management (Atom, Molecule, Cloud).

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall experience in enterprise integration/middleware, with 5+ years specifically on Boomi AtomSphere.
• Demonstrated experience architecting complex Application Integration solutions (real‑time, batch, event‑driven, API‑led patterns) at enterprise scale.
• Strong hands‑on experience with B2B/EDI integrations — trading partner management, AS2/SFTP/VAN connectivity, X12/EDIFACT standards, and B2B document mapping.
• Deep knowledge of Boomi components: Connectors, Process Canvas, Maps, Profiles, API Management, Atom/Molecule/Cloud architecture, and environment management.
• Proven track record leading integration architecture for major ERP/CRM platforms (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Workday, NetSuite, etc.).
• Strong command of API/web services technologies: REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, XSD, WSDL.
• Solid grasp of integration security (OAuth 2.0, SSL/TLS, PGP encryption, certificate management).
• Strong SQL and relational database experience.
