Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• 1–3 years in warehousing, shipping, or receiving preferred.
• Knowledge of inventory management desirable.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and stay organized.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; proficient with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Receive shipments and verify quantities against shipping documents.
• Record shipment information accurately in the company system.
• Report shipment discrepancies to the Customer Service Manager.
• Fulfill orders using shelf inventory and package materials for shipping.
• Use third-party logistics software to generate shipments.
• Operate forklift, pallet jack, and hand carts safely.
• Store materials in correct warehouse locations.
• Perform inventory counts and investigate discrepancies.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues.
