Job summary

Apex Water and Process is seeking a Delivery Specialist to safely and efficiently deliver chemicals to customer sites and support warehouse operations at our Westfield, Indiana location. You will load, unload, and transfer products using an electric pump, perform inventory tasks, and maintain a clean, compliant facility.

This role blends field delivery with hands-on warehouse duties and requires reliable, safety‑minded professionals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Possession of a current and valid CDL Class B with Hazmat endorsement.
• Warehouse, inventory management, shipping/receiving experience.
• Ability to manage day-to-day warehouse activities and records.
• Ability to perform duties in varied environments and lift 5–50 lbs repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Safely deliver product to customer docks and on-site tanks using an electronic transfer pump.
• Assist with tank cleaning and equipment setup at customer sites.
• Support warehouse operations including inventory, shipping/receiving, and order prep.
• Maintain vehicle, pumps, hoses, and PPE in good condition and perform regular maintenance.
• Prepare shipping documentation and ensure DOT compliance.
• Complete overnight routes as needed with occasional stays.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
