Job summary

Envision, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse and Delivery Associate to coordinate shipping and receiving and to deliver merchandise orders to customers. You will ensure accurate paperwork, load/unload with a forklift, and manage inventory records in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, 1–2 years in warehousing/delivery, and a valid driver’s license with forklift certification. The role offers a comprehensive benefits package and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Experience: One to two years in warehouse and delivery driver roles preferred.
• Knowledge/Skills: math, computer skills, and clear communication expected.
• Licenses: valid driver's license and forklift certification required; DOT certification may apply.

Responsibilities

• Receive merchandise into the warehouse and ensure accompanying paperwork is accurate.
• Load and unload trucks with forklift and move merchandise to storage areas.
• Release quantities of merchandise to sales floor.
• Package, label and ship all orders.
• Maintain an organized file of purchase orders to be received.
• Check incoming merchandise for quantity, description and damage; report discrepancies.
• Complete receiving reports and forward to Purchasing.
• Inventory internet orders and resolve discrepancies with vendors.
• Process returns through vendors and internet orders.
• Call trucking company to arrange pick‑up of shipment.
