Job summary

Elliott Electric Supply is seeking a delivery driver to support warehouse operations and ensure prompt, courteous delivery of orders to customers. You will load, transport, and unload materials, verify items against the Ship Ticket, and maintain safe, organized delivery routes.

Responsibilities include daily vehicle inspections, complying with DOT requirements, and performing warehouse tasks such as receiving, storing, and preparing products for customer delivery while upholding safety standards

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Valid Driver's License with 3 years driving history.
Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no Type A violations; or no more than one Type B violation in past 3 years.
Department of Transportation medical exam is required.
Read, comprehend, write, perform calculations, input accurately, reason, and analyze.
Ability to work independently with close attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Transport materials over designated routes and ensure safe operation of vehicles.
Provide excellent customer service with prompt, courteous deliveries.
Verify loads against Ship Ticket/Delivery Manifest and secure for transport.
Unload at delivery locations and confirm correct items.
Perform daily vehicle inspections for safety and maintenance.
Receive, store, handle, ship and prepare products for customer delivery while keeping the warehouse safe.
