Job summary

Style Crest Inc. seeks a dependable Delivery Driver and Warehouse Support team member in Odessa, TX. You will deliver products to customers on a scheduled and as-needed basis and assist with warehouse operations.

The role reports to the Branch Manager, offers variety and teamwork, and includes benefits such as paid holidays, life and disability insurance, a 401(k) match, and vacation time. A customer-first attitude and the ability to lift 100 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver license and meet DOT driver requirements.
• Ability to lift 100 lbs.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Maintain accurate shipping paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Handles customer pickups of returns and damaged product
• Drives company truck for deliveries to customers
• Assists in inventory and cycle counts
• Collects payment from customer for delivered product when required
• Keeps assigned vehicle clean and practices good housekeeping
• Works with distribution staff to route and properly load all trucks
• All other duties as assigned by management
• Complete daily pre and post trip vehicle inspections
• Completes training as required
• Works in warehouse on occasion under the direction of distribution manager or warehouse staff.

• Works with customers and other associates daily and should reflect positive image to the customer.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to use good judgment and some problem-solving skills.
