Job summary

Northern Sales Company in Anchorage is seeking a Warehouse Delivery Driver to join our team. This full-time role involves delivering orders, maintaining warehouse organization, and providing excellent service to our clients.

The position offers a competitive hourly wage, health benefits, a 401(k) plan, PTO, and holiday pay. Candidates should have a high school diploma and at least 2 years of delivery driving experience; non-CDL box truck experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 2 years of delivery driving experience preferred.
• Experience operating non-CDL box trucks preferred; willingness to learn is valued.

Responsibilities

• Deliver customer orders and verify products with each customer's receiver.
• Merchandise store shelves, coolers, and displays by rotating products and removing unsellable items.
• Maintain and organize backstock areas, ensuring a clean and safe workspace.
• Assist with sorting and staging customer orders for next-day delivery in both dry and cold warehouse environments (temperatures as low as 10°F).
• Operate an order picker forklift to pull customer orders as needed.
• Help replenish warehouse stock as required.
• Report discrepancies or damaged merchandise to the Warehouse Operations Manager.
