Job summary

Elliott Electric Supply in Terrell, TX is seeking a delivery and warehouse associate to transport materials on delivery routes, load and secure cargo, and ensure accuracy with ship tickets and delivery manifests.

You will perform daily vehicle inspections, handle receiving, storing, and shipping in the warehouse, and participate in cycle counts. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; a valid license and clean MVR are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license in state of residence with a minimum of three (3) driving history.
• MVR with no type A violations; or no more than one (1) type B violation in past 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Delivery and warehouse duties; transport materials on delivery routes and ensure safe operation of vehicles.
• Provide prompt and courteous deliveries and verify materials against Ship Ticket/Delivery Manifest.
• Unload materials at delivery locations and ensure correct items are unloaded per Ship Ticket.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections for maintenance and safety; maintain warehouse in orderly fashion.
• Perform cycle count duties and assist in receiving, storing, handling, and shipping.
