Paleovalley and Wild Pastures is hiring a Non CDL Driver in Mesa, AZ to support our on-site operations. This hybrid role combines driving and warehouse duties to keep products moving safely and on time between facilities and vendors.

You’ll verify shipments, secure loads, and assist with warehouse tasks while maintaining high safety standards and professional relationships with partners. This position emphasizes reliability and adherence to food-safety procedures.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience operating a box truck or similar commercial vehicle.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and no DUI convictions.
• DOT medical examiner certificate or willingness to obtain.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a non CDL box truck to transport products and materials between facilities and vendor locations.
• Verify shipments for accuracy before departure.
• Secure and inspect loads to meet safety standards.
• Pickup products from vendors while maintaining professional relationships.
• Assist with warehouse operations—receiving, loading, unloading, organizing, and moving inventory.
• Operate forklifts to load, unload, and transport products (training available).
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Track mileage and complete driving documentation on time.
• Collaborate with warehouse and production teams to support inventory movement.
• Follow safety policies and maintain a safe work environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
