Job summary

FleetPride is seeking a Warehouse Associate in the United States, Richmond area, to provide customer service through delivery and pickup of parts and to support warehouse operations. You will unload, stock, and organize inventory, operate forklifts, and ensure orders are correctly packed and shipped.

Responsibilities include maintaining vehicle and warehouse safety, following routes, and processing returns as needed to maintain branch efficiency.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Professional Experience: 1 year general warehouse experience; forklift certification and 1 year forklift experience desired.
• Certifications/Licenses: Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service through delivery and/or pick-up of parts and products.
• Unload products from shipping vehicles and store in warehouse storage areas.
• Support branch warehouse operations; delivery function ~50% of time.
• Pull and organize customer orders for delivery from warehouse.
• Load materials into vehicle and secure for transport.
• Follow delivery routes for efficiency.
• Stock and maintain inventory items in storage areas.
• Package, label and ship orders via UPS, US Mail, bus, motor freight.
