Job summary

FleetPride is the largest after-market distributor of heavy-duty truck and trailer parts in the U.S. This position focuses on providing customer service through delivery and/or pickup, unloading and stocking products, and supporting branch warehouse operations.

The role includes loading, securing loads, following delivery routes, and handling returns while maintaining safety and documentation. A valid driver’s license and forklift experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Polite, professional communication with customers and team members.
• Ability to learn new processes and follow instructions.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations for orders and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service through delivery and/or pickup of parts.
• Unload and store products in warehouse storage areas.
• Assist warehouse operations and support branch team.
• Delivery activities may account for ~50% of time.
• Pull and organize orders for delivery by part number and quantity.
• Ensure order accuracy and maintain professional appearance.
• Load materials and secure with padding to prevent damage.
• Follow delivery routes for efficiency.
• Handle returns and cores, tagging and returning to branch.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintain cleanliness.
• Operate forklift and move stock between loading, storage, and processing areas.
• Complete forklift training annually.
• Check load-related documents for accuracy.
• Inspect vehicles before driving; report defects or safety issues.
