Job summary

Butler Supply, Inc. is seeking a Delivery/Warehouse Associate to support branch operations through safe, timely deliveries and accurate receiving, storage, and inventory management. This role serves as a key customer contact and works with the Sales team to promote satisfaction and profitability.

The position requires driving a company vehicle, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean, safe warehouse. A positive attitude and reliability are essential for success in this hands-on role.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally.
• Monday–Friday day shift availability and reliable attendance.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to inventory accuracy.
• Customer-service orientation and able to assist at the counter.

Responsibilities

• Load truck accurately and safely for customer deliveries.
• Unload truck at branch or customer locations.
• Drive company vehicle to deliver orders and stock pickups.
• Deliver complete, accurate, on-time deliveries; maintain proper stock.
• Maintain clean, organized aisles and warehouse areas.
• Assist at the counter; respond to customer inquiries and provide information.
• Perform cycle counts and assist in year-end inventories.
• Operate forklift as needed and report any hazards.
• Follow safety rules and inform management of hazards.
