Job summary

Diversified is seeking a full-time Warehouse/Driver in the Chicago area. The role handles safe transportation and delivery of equipment between Diversified warehouses and client sites, plus day-to-day warehouse tasks. Requires a valid driver license, DOT readiness, and accurate record-keeping.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver license with clean record.
• Meet applicable DOT physical requirements.
• Pass pre-employment drug screen.
• Ability to safely operate a 26’ box truck in the Chicago area.
• Strong organizational skills for loading/unloading and records.
• Knowledge of securing loads and following GPS driving instructions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products and materials to job sites and between buildings.
• Process outbound shipments and ensure documentation is complete.
• Maintain safe, clean warehouse; manage inventory and receipts.
• Unload/receive deliveries; log incoming packages and store items.
• Weigh, label and route outbound shipments; coordinate couriers as needed.
• Record trips, inspections, and hours of service for audits.
• Communicate with project teams and other departments as required.
