IES is seeking a reliable Warehouse/Driver to handle delivery, receiving, inventory, and order fulfillment in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, forklift operation, and strict adherence to safety procedures.

Qualified applicants will have a High School Diploma or GED, 1+ years in warehousing, and a valid Florida driver’s license with a clean record. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; forklift certification is beneficial.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• 1+ years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to pass required safety training, background checks, and drug screening.
• Read, write and speak English; bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Deliver material as needed.
• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming deliveries to verify accuracy and condition of items.
• Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders for customer delivery or transfer.
• Stock materials in designated areas and maintain organized inventory throughout the warehouse.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness by removing trash and organizing materials.
• Prepare shipping labels and documentation for outbound orders.
• Ensure products are labeled and stored according to company standards.
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits as needed.
• Comply with all company safety policies and procedures, including PPE usage.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
