Ferguson Enterprises, Inc. in Roseville, MN is seeking a CDL Driver to deliver materials to customers, load and unload with pallet jack and dolly, and ensure accurate delivery tickets. The role requires a valid CDL, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a strong focus on customer service.

Hours are Mon-Fri, 5:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., with starting wages around $21.19–$33.83 per hour depending on experience and location, plus benefits such as medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with company match, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid CDL
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Meet DOT standards and regulations
• Must currently have, acquire, and/or maintain a valid DOT Medical card
• Ability to lift items that weigh up to 50lbs
• Background in warehouse operations and logistics is a plus
• Strong communicator with a customer-focused approach
• Able to navigate and operate basic technology, including iPads

Responsibilities

• Deliver materials to the customer, utilizing pallet jack and two-wheel dolly to load and unload
• Validate product matches for credit requests when picking up returns
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections and fuel the truck as needed
• Report any problems or safety concerns to supervisor
• Follow safety policies and procedures and assist warehouse with orders as needed
• Occasionally work overtime as required
