Ferguson is hiring a CDL driver to deliver materials to customers on a Monday–Friday schedule with potential overtime. You will load, unload, and secure cargo, perform vehicle inspections, and maintain safety standards. A valid CDL and DOT medical card are required, with a background in warehouse/logistics a plus.

The role emphasizes customer service, reliable delivery, and safe operation of equipment such as pallet jacks and two-wheel dollies, with competitive pay and benefits offered.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, and some overtime as needed

Qualifications:

• Must hold a valid CDL
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Meet and maintain qualifications for CDL requirements
• Follow all DOT standards and regulations
• Must currently have, acquire, and/or maintain a valid DOT Medical card in order to meet driver requirements.
• Ability to lift items that weigh up to 50lbs
• A background in warehouse operations and logistics, including shipping, receiving and delivery is a plus
• Strong communicator with a customer-focused approach
• Able to navigate and operate basic technology, including iPads

Responsibilities:

• Deliver materials to the customer, which includes utilizing pallet jack and two-wheel dolly to load and unload and ensuring delivery of ticket with material
• Pick up customer returns, validating product match for credit requests
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections, fuel the truck as needed, and report any problems or issues to supervisor
• Follow and implement all company safety policies and procedures
• Assist warehouse personnel with pulling and preparing orders for shipment as needed, as well as receiving, verifying, staging and stocking incoming material
• Ability to work overtime as needed
• Must adhere to all safety regulations, including the correct usage of personal protective equipment (PPE). This includes wearing a safety harness with a maximum weight capacity of 400 lbs.

Pay Range:

$22.14 - $35.37

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
